Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e., unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

2. Return Timeframe

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product has been opened or used, it will not be accepted for return.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not conform to the order.

5. Refund or Replacement

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, or, if you prefer, replace it with another product. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
